Where are you located?

  • Lands End Yacht Club is located at 444 Marina Drive in Georgetown, S.C. next to Georgetown Landing Marina and the Hampton Inn.

Is this still a restaurant?

  • No. It is only an event venue for rent only.

Can we use our own caterer?

  • Yes. We do not offer food and beverage service or provide linens. The facility is a fee based event space which gives you the freedom to choose the caterer for your event. Please refer to our Preferred Vendors list for a list of recommended caterers and other vendors.

When can I view the property?

  • Please contact Atlantis Property Management at 843-833-5377 or fill our form on our Contact page. They will be happy to show you the yacht club at your convenience.

How do I reserve the facility?

  • Atlantis Property Management handles all reservations for the Yacht Club and can be reached at 843-833-5377.

  • You may want to check the calendar for availability first.

What is the maximum occupancy?

  • Maximum building occupancy is 260 people (not seated). It has has a dining room, a club room with large bar and audio visual equipment & screen, and a large outdoor porch that overlooks the marsh making this a perfect venue for all types of events. See seating information below.

Do you have tables and chairs?

  • Yes. We have indoor seating for 150 people and outdoor seating for 40 people and there is room for you to add more. For more details please call us.

Is there on-site parking?

  • Yes, there is plenty of free public parking adjacent to the building.

Do you provide linens, food or beverage service?

  • No. We do not offer food and beverage service or provide linens. The facility is a fee based event space which gives you the freedom to choose the caterer for your event. Please refer to our Preferred Vendors list for a list of recommended caterers and other vendors.

Are you handicap accessible?

  • Yes, our facility is handicap accessible. We have a handicap ramp into building and handicap accessible restrooms.

Will anybody be there to meet us on arrival?

  • Yes, you will receive a brief orientation of the space and the key.

Can we have live music?

  • Yes. Bands usually setup in the Club Room. Bands and DJs must stop playing by midnight the night of the event.

Can I bring my own liquor?

  • Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. however you must hire a licensed and bonded bar tending service to serve any alcoholic beverages. This provides not only quality service for your guests but more importantly helps your personal liability associated with alcohol consumption.

Do you offer a bridal suite?

  • No.

Are there any limitations to decorating?

  • Yes, the following is a list of a few of the items that we do not allow: Please see all Terms & Conditions.

  1. No attaching to any light fixture

  2. No attaching anything to walls

  3. No open flame (i.e. candles)

  4. No glitter

Who is responsible for cleanup and trash?

  • We expect to get the facility back in the same condition you received it. Furniture should be returned to original layout. It should be "Broom Clean" and table wiped down.
